Consequences
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content, courses, scripts, brand materials, and other intellectual property you create using the Platform. We claim no ownership over your creations.
License to Us
By using the Platform, you grant BuildADreamCourse a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

BuildADreamCourse, Budsy AI, our trademarks, logos, software, and platform design are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback about the Platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
5. AI-Generated Content
Nature of AI Output
Budsy AI generates content based on your inputs and our training data. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing or distributing it.
Accuracy Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, suitable for your specific purposes, or free from errors. Always exercise your own judgment.
No Professional Advice
Budsy's guidance does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters before making business decisions.
Ownership of AI Output
Content generated by Budsy in response to your inputs is considered your content, subject to the license described in Section 4.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Pricing
Subscription prices are displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the renewal date unless you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@buildadreamcourse.com to request a refund.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, we will attempt to retry and notify you. Accounts with outstanding balances may be downgraded to a free tier after a grace period.
